Natalie's party today was tons of fun! I love giving her birthday parties each year. Even though they are a lot of work, it's worth it to see the kids enjoying themselves.
I can't believe my baby girl's FIVE!
The favor bags
I just love ladybug colors and polka dots! The kids got to eat pizza, chocolate covered polka dot marshmallows on sticks, red licorice, cupcakes, and strawberries (I had to throw one healthy food item in there).
The cupcakes were lots of fun to make and tasty to boot!
Our" little lady"
I got the idea for the party because Natalie loves this book and she used to wear her ladybug costume around all the time until she outgrew it. I bought her a ladybug outfit to (try to) replace it.
They played a game where they had to see who could keep their balloons in the air for the longest.
Another game where they had a race to see which team could get the rocks to the other bowl across the room the fastest, one at a time on a spoon.
And we made ladybug rocks.
Opening presents. She has such sweet friends.
