Well, luckily UT warmed up before we got there. I was a little worried because up until a few weeks before, it had been in the 50's and 60's and I told my mom that I refused to pack coats and jeans in July.
We went to Cascade Springs and Bridal Veil Falls up Provo Canyon one of the days. The water was soooo... cold but refreshing still on a hot day. The kids got to wade in the stream at the bottom of the falls.
Another day we met up with some friends-Hayley and Michelle and their kids at the Provo Veteran's Memorial pool. It's such a fun place! I can't believe I had never been there. Hayley moved to Utah a few months ago, so it was good to see her and her kids again. Natalie has missed her friend Carson. And Michelle lives here in ABQ and is in my ward, but was visiting Utah the same time as I was.

Why is it that there is always one child that refuses to cooperate for pictures?

Blake loves to wear sunglasses. What a stud. And he loves his Grandpa Hales. Grandpa would throw him in the air and catch him and Blake would just laugh and laugh, then go back for more.
