I Finally Took a Cake Decorating Class!

I have been wanting for so long to take a cake decorating class, but it just didn't fit with my schedule until this month, when I made it work.  I had a lot of fun and learned so much.  I took it with my friend Amy McMurtrey.  It ended up that we were the only two in the class, so we got private lessons!  It was nice.

It was a four week course.  I am just amazed how much I progressed in only four weeks.  I remember thinking on the first class that there was no way that I would be able to decorate a cake like the teacher decorated our first week, but I was!  Below are some pictures of what I made throughout the course.

It's hard to see, but those are flowers on the cupcake.

I learned how to make frosting clowns!

This is what I did on the final day of the course!
