Our Weekend Visit to Cali!

We had a great visit with Rob's family this past Memorial Day weekend in California.  We got to swim, canoe, waterski, kayak (for the men), shop at the outlets :), eat at some yummy places, and of course just enjoy being together.

We had some issues with our airline getting there and coming home, but the trip was well worth it.

Natalie had fun with her little aunt and uncles and got spoiled rotten as usual by Grandma and Grandpa!

The adults got to go to a mystery Rotary night (Sherrie, my mother-in-law, is president of the Tulare rotary club) where we climbed onto a charter bus, not knowing where we were going.  It was a lot of fun.  We ended up going to a man's house out in Porterville, California who has about 40 old cars that he has fixed up and put in a big warehouse on his property.  He also had an old gas station.  I was mad that I forgot my camera.  Then we got back on the bus and ate delicious hors d'oeuvres (shrimp coctails, crackers and cheese, and fruit) and then headed to dinner at a restaurant in Bakersfield.

We always have nonstop fun with the Bells.  We came home exhausted, but happy.
