Park City Trip

We took a trip to Park City, Utah for a long weekend with Rob's parents.  Natalie had a blast playing with her cute little cousin Kjerstin.  It was so fun to watch them playing together.  Our last trip, they were a little too young and didn't get along very well.

We stayed at Rob's parent's beautiful house in Park City and skiid.  Friday we skiid at Park City, Saturday at Deer Valley and then Monday we also skiid at Deer Valley.  We had an absolute blast.  The weather was very fickle.  Friday and Saturday it was really warm to the point that we were taking off jackets and wanting to take off gloves, but Monday it was freezing and snowing.

I am now a mogul skiier!  I am so excited about the progress I made this trip.  I vowed to Rob that I would never ski the bumps, but I tried it and I love it now!  I can now ski down black diamonds comfortably and I actually enjoy them.  Hooray for skiing!

We had a wonderful trip.  Natalie was able to see her grandparents again and have some fun with them.  She got to build a snowman with her grandpa, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

I also got to go to dinner with my sister Catherine and her husband Chad and my other sister Melissa and her fiance Brandon.  It was good to see them.

Sunday we went to see the Mormon Tabenacle Choir sing for the Spoken Word.  We watched Twilight together and ate lots of really good food throughout the trip as usual.  We had a wonderful trip.  It was good to see everyone.

Looks like you had a great time, and I'm proud of your skiing abilities. I don't think I'd be any good at it.

I wish I could go skiing as often as you do. And I LIVE in Utah. It sounds like a lot of fun. And I had no clue Melissa was engaged! But it doesn't suprise me.
