I made pretzel bread bowls the other night to put our soup in. They were SO good! I really enjoyed the method of making them. It was fascinating!
Rob and I recently painted our front living room. We had this tile taken out and I'll show you the after pics later. Rob replaced the ugly multicolored fan and put in the lantern lights.
Jane loves to dress up. Sometimes she even puts on three or four costumes at once. :)
For the kids fall break one day, we drove about two hours away to where we hiked up to a volcano and an ice cave. This huge spider was at the beginning of the trail. Eeewwww!!!
The hike was gorgeous and not too far.
This is the lava rock.
The inside of the volcano that erupted thousands of years ago.
I held Lincoln while he slept the whole hike. Wouldn't that be nice!
This was lava rock on the way up to the ice cave. It was super jagged!
This is the inside of the ice cave. It was really cold in there and the ice was about 20 feet deep with a layer of about 6" of water on top.
Rob got called as the ward clerk, so he has meetings every Sunday morning before church, which means I get to get 4 kids ready by myself! Hooray! Lincoln was happy and ready to go to church this particular Sunday!
Jane loves to just chill and watch movies on her tablet. This particular day I had to document the outfit. She likes to choose out her attire every day. I thought it was cute that it was all pink with pink socks and sandals. :) So Jane.
This little guy gets excited when I put him in his carseat, because he knows it means we're going somewhere. :)
Last weekend we took our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. We look forward to this all year!
New tile in the entryway!
New carpet! The kids actually play in this room now! It's so much more homey and comfortable. We had the ugly pink carpet ripped out of our room and put in some new carpet. I'm in love with it!
We went to Blake and Natalie's school fall festival this weekend. So much fun!
Lincoln is just growing and learning new things every day! He can lift his head really well now and actually really loves tummy time!
My sweet Natalie is growing into such a beautiful young lady. Where does the time go?
I hosted a fun Halloween cookie decorating party the other day for the kids and some of their friends.
Jane learned how to pedal her cute bike that Grandma and Grandpa Bell gave her for her birthday. She's so proud.
I'm teaching Natalie to play the violin now. She was the one who actually begged me to do it. She pulls it out multiple times a day and practices. She's also excelling at the piano. She teaches herself many of the songs and can sight read like a champ!
