Disneyland and Chelsea's Farewell

So I was crazy and went to Disneyland just shy of three weeks after giving birth.  But, the Bells were kind and pushed me around in a wheelchair.  We went to California for Rob's sister's mission farewell and Disneyland was on Chelsea's bucket list before she left, so we just had to go.  Oh darn!  I took it super easy and only got out of my chair to stand in the lines.  We had a fantastic time and I wouldn't have missed seeing that ear to ear grin on Blake's face after going on the Indiana Jones ride for the first time for anything. :)

I just spent a day there and then headed back with Rob's mom and sister.  Rob stayed for one more day with the kiddos.
 Random cute pic alert.
Jane talked her daddy into getting her an Elsa doll at Disneyland.  She wasn't happy about it at all.  :)  The other kids also came home with a hand-picked treasure.  Blake got a Mickey Mouse Indiana Jones plush and Natalie got a Stitch plush.
The highlight of Jane's trip was visiting Elsa and Anna.
And the evil queen really took a liking to Jane when Jane wasn't scared by her.  The queen was walking through the park and Jane ran up to her and said hi.  She turned around and looked stern and said, "Walk with me!"  So Jane followed her to where she was going to stand next.  The queen said on the way, "Have you always been drawn to evil?"  Ha!  And then she taught Jane the proper way to look scary.
Jane got to meet Merida too.
And Belle.  Jane was in princess heaven.
After Disneyland, we spent some time at Rob's parent's house.  I accompanied Chelsea and Dennis (Rob's adopted uncle) while they sang at Chelsea's farewell.  Chelsea gave a beautiful talk and we had a fun open house the evening before with family and friends.
 Squishy hugs!
Isn't that just the cutest little face?

 Lincoln's first smile documented.
These kiddos were adorable together at Disneyland.  Natalie unfortunately had pink eye the entire time.  But that didn't stop her from having fun.

Oh, and we got Bell family pictures while there too.  This wasn't the official one, but Kerri's dad took it from his phone.
