The kids helped me decorate for Halloween the other night.  Natalie made me promise to wait until she got home from school.  I did this part-the mantle-and gave it a little change-up from last year.  The best part...cost=$0.  I had most of the items from years past and just added the pendant banner from fabric that was sitting in my craft closet.  So easy and I love how it turned out.  Halloween is my second favorite holiday, next to Christmas, so we are are going to make the most of this fun month!  Already on the calendar is a trip to the pumpkin patch for Natalie's little Kindergarten class, a Fall Festival at Natalie's school, a ward Halloween party and trunk-or-treat, and a sweet friend is going to be throwing me a baby shower for my new "li'l pumpkin".

AND

I bought all the stuff to bring some fun treats in to Natalie's class when it's her turn for snacks towards the end of the month.

It was a tough decision with all the super cute ideas floating around on Pinterest, but these are my plans:
