I Can't Believe My Baby's Two!

We have a lot of events in our family in April--my birthday, Natalie's birthday, and our anniversary.  It's a crazy month to say the least!

Rob was away on business until the evening of Natalie's birthday, so we had a little girl's day out.  I took her to get her pictures taken in the morning, which she was very ornery and uncooperative for, I might add.  It was to be expected, though.  She tends to get shy around strangers.  I had to sit right by her while the lady took her pictures.  Amazingly, we still got some cute ones, but my hand showed up in one of them.  :)

We came home and I took Natalie for a nice long bike ride.  She loves getting pulled in the buggy.  Then we watched her new Thomas the Train movie that she got from her Grandma Hales, which she is now obsessed with!

Then I tried to get her to take a nap, but to no avail, and then it was time to go pick up Rob from the airport.  I had Natalie wait to open presents until Rob got home so he didn't miss it.  The bubble machine was a definite hit!  I knew it would be.

We had a little birthday party for her in the evening.

Natalie is such a sweet girl.  Rob and I are so happy to have her in our lives.  We love her so much!

She was just waking up from a nap here.  She was not happy about opening presents yet.

Now she was finally awake and ready to open them.  A sit and spin!

Play dough

She didn't quite know what to do with it when she first got on.  But it she loved how it plays music.

She was so excited for her Dad to come home.

Daddy and baby-so sweet.

Blowing out her two candles.

I am glad she had a good birthday. She likes Thomas the train now huh, is that because of story time?? I am glad the hubby is home, that is always nice too. I bet that was her favorite present!
