My Sister Catherine's Wedding

My sister Catherine got married in the Salt Lake temple on November 22. She was a beautiful bride. The day went very smoothly all except for a few things, one being that she left her big poofy slip at home and didn't realize it until she was already almost in Salt Lake. Luckily my other sister was close to home and was able to go back and get it. But it all worked out in the end. The sealing was beautiful-Chad's father was able to seal them. The reception was especially beautiful. My aunt Debbie decorated and made all the flower arrangements. The cake was amazing. My dad actually made it. Just one more thing added to the list of things he can do. He seems to be able to do it all. We had a great time visiting my family in Utah and are so happy for Chad and Catherine. They are such a cute, happy couple.

This is the cake that my dad made. Isn't it gorgeous? My aunt Debbie added the flowers, but my dad baked, frosted and put the ribbon and beads on it. Amazing.
