Craft Projects

When I found out my mom was going to host a bridal shower for my sister Catherine, I volunteered to make the invitations. I had just gotten a few new stamp sets that I wanted to experiment with. I used her wedding colors and ended up making 23 invitations. They were pretty time consuming, but very fun to make. Here is the final product.








This is a picture of my sister Catherine who will be getting married on November 22 in the Salt Lake temple. We are really excited for her. Here she is holding her new niece Natalie over a year ago.




I like to keep busy with craft projects. I really love coming up with new things to make and seeing the idea come to life. My next project was my husband's idea. I am going to make a quiet book for Natalie to read during church. It will include pages with things for her to do such as button buttons, play with felt animals from Noah's ark, tie a shoelace, and zip a zipper on a shirt, just to name a few.



Then, after I have completed the book, I want to make a tu-tu for Natalie to wear while she dances. I got this idea from a friend. It is supposedly really easy to make. We will see how it goes.
